Yes read the instructions on lights you buy. Also you can go to a larger fuse but you got to know if you wires and system will take it without burning your house down.
Over all I suggest is you going to run a whole lot of lites on a circuit then run a special circuit just for them that way you know it will hold up to the service needed. Get a good Electrician to install this circuit for you is best.

Actually your strands of lights tell you how many you can put togteher – it is not very many. I think 3???

Read the instructions on the lights you have. Most say 3 strands, but 4 usually work.
