   my favorite is always prime rib of beef, roasted potatoes, cesaer salad, sauteed brussel sprouts. and chocolate cheesecake for desert.

   I’m from Miami and we have a aCuban Christmas dinner. It’s exotic, delicious and easy.
   Our menu is Roasted pork, black beans and rice and usually plantains.
   Marinade whatever section of the pork you want in garlic, lime juice, and salt overnight. Roast it on Christmas. make some white long grain rice and a can of black beans (until you’re ready to make them from scratch). If you want to further the recipe just let me knwo.
