It usually last 2 hours.

I think it two hours. I have the tv guide here it says 10 am to 12 pm ( at noon).

You can generally count on 2 hours.
The parade itself does not last that long – nor is it taped on Christmas Day. Parts of it are live – such as narration – but that’s how they can tout it as “live.” It is actually taped over a period of several days for broadcast on the 25th of December. What takes up the two hours are non-parade things like showing the narrators and interviews and showing behind the scenes segments.
I know this because I worked for The Disney Company for 24 years and was always part of the process.
