   I know a few homes where the decorations are never taken down. I have one neighbor whose decorations morph from holiday to holiday.

   Many people do their planning in the nicer weather. Such as adding hooks onto house edges for lights or even putting lights up at that time. We added outdoor outlets for the lighting and for the summer fountain when the nice summer weather was here. Of course, we didn’t plug in the lights nor turn them on. It was safer to do the work & planning on better weather days.
