Get a regular ole cactus & wrap sum lights around it. If you really wanna bling bling throw a lil tinsel on it or maybe even a ornament.

They do need light, but not direct sunlight. Don’t let them dry out completely before watering them. Check to see if they need potting on, they may be pot bound(roots appearing from the bottom of their present containers). They should bloom around Christmas time (hence the name).

I have an ancient Christmas cactus that I’ve had for years… It only blooms every other year. They are quite hardy and don’t like too much of anything. No direct sun and I can leave mine without watering it for 2 weeks. Make sure you use cactus soil and water plenty all at once when the leaves at the end start to look thin and wilty. They should be plump and green. They also like to be pot-bound, which means not too big of a pot for the size of the plant. Try to keep dust off the leaves and it should be happy.

you have to leave them in the dark a serton amout of time you can not leve them in the sun light. you have to let them dry out befor you can water them if you water them alot it can die.you can breake off a little peace root it in some water . they bloom in the winter.
thats why their called a cristmas cactus. you shoud give them about a mouth then it will bloom in the winter
