We live on the 3rd floor and my husband and I want to hang a Christmas garland and some xmas lights, however the balcony we have is concrete. What can my husband and use to hang up our Christmas decorations?

Duct tape, make sure you tie the ends to something secure, can use a rope if you need to – just in case it does come loose.

use the mechanical tape or use nails to hang

It might be a little expensive but I have used Command Adhesive strips. they worked well in our shower stall on tile. Good Luck.
