We’re looking for suggestions for a Christmas party. The usual fare – fun foods, cookies, fudge etc. It’s just always better to use recipes that are tried and true. We especially appreciate family favorites that have become an annual tradition.

Here are a few yummy treats we make
No Bake Cheesecake
4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
Mix well and press in bottom of glass bake pan
2 8oz bars cream cheese softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 large tub whip cream
mix cream cheese and sugar until fluffy stir in whip cream. Spread over the crust. Top with 2 cans of your favorite pie filling { I use strawberry, cherry or blueberry} Chill a couple hours.
Caramel Apple Salad
4 large yellow Delicious apples
1 cup halved grapes
1/2 cup crushed walnuts {optional}
2 king size Snicker bars
1 cup Miracle whip
1 tub whip cream
Core apples and dice {you can peel if you want} , Freeze candy bars Then smash into small pieces. Mix candy, apples, and nuts.
whip Miracle whip and whip cream until creamy, stir into apple mixture. Chill a couple hours.
Pumpkin Dip
1 large can pumpkin
4 cups powdered sugar
3 Tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
1 8oz bar cream cheese
Mix the cream cheese and sugar until creamy, add pumpkin and spices. Serve with graham cracker sticks, vanilla wafers or ginger snaps.
Hot Mulled Cider
1 gallon apple cider
3 cups brown sugar
4 sticks of cinnamon
8 whole cloves
mix all together and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes
