The main meal and having company. Fillet mignon and colossal baked, stuffed shrimp, roasted rosemary sw. potatoes, and more. Oh, and there’s a home made cheese log we all love. Never any packaged dips, or cheese rolls/logs in this house.
Oh.. how could I forget the dessert. Depending on how many people there are, I make a chocolate cappuccino cheesecake with Kahlua whipped cream that’s to die for. If not too many people, we don’t want something that ‘evil’ tempting us. I have some wonderful, healthier dessert choices that serve just fine.
I cannot wait for thumbprint cookies and good old fashioned sugar cookies. I also use my grandfather’s fudge recipe which is to die for. The holidays are a great time of year for my sweet tooth!
