The Christmas pudding I have made about two weeks ago is developing mould on the top. Is this normal?

throw this mouldy pie again and bake it nearer to christmas.. btw.. 25th dec.

throw it out make a new one ,and freeze it till christmas

anything that has mold growing on the top is never normal.

That is really not a good thing lol…

Try making it a day or two before Christmas and not 2 months before.
